Originally we had hoped to leave San Diego by the first of November and make our first landfall in Hawaii. Due to delays with the transport of the boat to the West coast we have decided to take the boat down the Mississippi, Ohio, and Tennessee Rivers to the Gulf of Mexico and then through the Panama Canal to the Pacific. This is a longer route than we had originally envisioned taking but with the transport difficulties it is about the only option left.
Below are two maps. The first is a map of our course across the Gulf of Mexico and on to Panama. The second gives our projected course across the Pacific. Clicking on the names of the places will take you to information about each of our land falls. You may have to look for links on the left side of the page to find the specific island or town.

Following is a map of our projected route across the Pacific. Because of the delays we have experienced, we will be able to take the much more favorable route across the South Pacific rather than our original route across the North Pacific.
